Q. What is the average age per guest?
A. 26-42. A good mix of couples, singles, small and large groups. Please feel free to visit our Facebook page (icon is in the upper right corner of this website) for images and videos of past events.
Q. Is it a Full Bar on the Yacht?
A. Yes, all standard beer, wine and spirits will be served.
Q. What is an Open Bar?
A. You don’t have to pay for drinks! And yes, this is for the entire four hour Yacht cruise (San Diego and Newport Beach Only). Please bring cash for gratuity.
Q. What does the bar consist of?
SAN DIEGO (FULL SERVICE OPEN BAR): Boarding glass of champagne or sparkling cider. Hosted Bar includes domestic beer, house wine, Absolute Vodka, Jim Beam Bourbon, Seagram’s 7 Whiskey, Sauza Tequila, Malibu Rum, Christian Brothers, Carolan’s Irish Cream, Sodas, Coffee and tea.
NEWPORT BEACH (FULL SERVICE OPEN BAR): Kettle One, Bacardi Rum, Seagram’s VO, Jim Beam, Sauza Gold Tequila, assorted merlot wines, Cabernet, Chardonnay & White Zinfandel, Johnny Walker Red Label, Seagram’s 7, Pinnacle Vodka, Beefeater Gin, Montezuma Gold Tequila, Peach Schnapps, Corona, Coors Light, Bud Light, Budweiser, sodas, juices, coffee and water.
LOS ANGELES: Hosted Soft Drinks & Juices, Hosted Champagne Toast at Midnight and 2 Drink Tickets to include the following. Q. Will there be food?
A. Yes, we will be serving a bounty buffet and/or Tray Passed Apps throughout the night. This is part of your ticket price too!

LOS ANGELES (Buffet Stations and Tray Passed): Bowtie Chicken Pasta, Turkey and Roast Beef Petite Sandwiches, Caesar Salad, Crudite Display, Seasonal Vegetables, Chips and array of Dips. More TBA
NEWPORT BEACH (Buffet): Penne Pasta & Grilled Chicken and Andouille Sausage – Sautéed in a roasted garlic cream sauce with mushrooms and scallions, topped with Fresh Parmesan Cheese; Tomato, Basil, & Mozzarella Canapé – A slice of Mozzarella cheese, fresh tomato and fresh basil on a sliced Baguette; Teriyaki Beef Brochettes – Tender Beef Marinated & Glazed Served with a Flavorful Teriyaki Sauce; Assorted Gourmet Sweets.
SAN DIEGO (Heavy Tray Passed Hors D’oeuvres): Italian sausage stuffed mushrooms, Spanakopita, Smoked Salmon Mousse on English Cucumber, Mediterranean Chicken Skewers, Caprese Bites and Mojo pork & black bean quesadillas

Q. Where does the yacht cruise?
A. SAN DIEGO: San Diego Bay | Newport Beach: Newport Harbor | Los Angeles: Marina Del Rey. The Yacht does not go out on open water and you can hardly feel movement so there is no worry for sea sickness.
Q. Is there a Coat Check?
A. No, since the Yacht will be on the water, no one can walk off with your coat. Everyone typically finds a spot to put their things. In the 14 years of operation, we have not had one theft.
Q. Is there Parking?
A. Each Dock has available parking nearby. Each Parking situation is a little different. For parking information broken down by location, click on one of the following: SAN DIEGO, NEWPORT BEACH or LOS ANGELES. We always encourage everyone to arrange some type of car service (Taxi, Uber, etc.) to prevent any drinking and driving.
Q. What time does the Yacht Board? Return to the dock?
SAN DIEGO (SPIRIT OF SAN DIEGO YACHT): Check in will begin at 8:30pm and we will plan to board at 9:00pm. Yacht will plan to leave the dock about 45 minutes after boarding commences. Please plan to arrive early so you don’t miss the Yacht! The Yacht will return to the dock at 12:45am.
NEWPORT BEACH (The Ambassador Yacht): Check in will begin at 8:30pm and we will plan to board shortly after. Yacht will leave the dock about 30 minutes after boarding commences. Please plan to arrive early so you don’t miss the Yacht! The Yacht will return to the dock at 12:45am but the party will continue until 1:00am.
LOS ANGELES (Fantasea One Yacht): Check in will begin at 8:30pm and we will plan to board shortly after. Yacht will plan to leave the dock about 30 minutes after boarding commences. Please plan to arrive early so you don’t miss the Yacht! The Yacht will return to the dock at 1:00am.
Q. Is there a dress code?
A. No, but it is New Year’s so please dress nice.
Q. Is there seating on the Yachts?
A. Yes, there is general seating options on each yacht. These are available on a first come first serve basis. The yachts don’t have seating for all the guests at one time, but there is typically a reasonable rotation of available seats on each yacht. There is reservable seating available to purchase on each yacht. Go to either of the location ticket pages for more details on this. All guests must have a General Admission Ticket. The table price is one fee per group (no matter how big or small the group actually is).
Q. I bought my ticket(s) online, where do I pick them up?
A. Your receipt that is emailed to you is your ticket. Please bring this email printed out and your photo ID and we will check you in when you arrive at the dock. If you forget to bring your print out, we can still check you in with ID.
Q. What can I bring on the Yacht?
A. You are allowed to bring bags on the Yachts but they will be subject to search. No liquids of any kind are allowed on the yacht. If you would like to bring a bottle of Champagne or Wine on the yacht, please contact us about corkage fees. This must be approved prior to the day of. Also, if you would like to bring some of your own food for dietary reasons or for celebration (cake), please contact us prior to the day of so that we can assist with the coordination. DO NOT bring ANY illegal substances on the yachts.
Q. Is there ADA access on the Yachts?
A. Although boats are not required to have ADA access, some of the yachts have some limited access. please email us at email@example.com for further information about this.
Q. Are there refunds?
A. Unfortunately there are no refunds on your tickets but we do allow you to transfer the ticket to someone else. Please be sure to coordinate this with staff at firstname.lastname@example.org
